When event video production meets Disney magic, the result is pure storytelling delight. For MINISO India’s first-ever Zootopia 2–themed pop-up, Flowink Pictures transformed a one-day event into an unforgettable visual experience.

The collaboration between MINISO and Disney wasn’t just about merchandise. It was about bringing the colourful, animated city of Zootopia to life through textures, characters, and experiences that delighted visitors of every age.


And while the space was buzzing with energy, Flowink’s job was to make sure that magic travelled beyond the store walls — to audiences online, in real time.

 

Capturing a Live Experience in Motion

Our challenge was clear: turn a one-day event into a lasting brand story. The brief demanded high-quality visuals, fast turnaround, and live storytelling — with the final edits ready for release within 24 hours.

To achieve this, we built a fully mobile production setup on-site. Cameras rolled across every corner of the space — from the playful Zootopia installations to the crowds interacting with characters like Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde.

Meanwhile, our editing team worked from a live post station, shaping the story as it unfolded — selecting shots, colour-correcting, and cutting dynamic sequences on the go.

It was a perfect mix of precision and pace — storytelling crafted at the speed of experience.

 

Designing for Brand Energy

The pop-up’s design was vibrant and whimsical — a perfect reflection of both Disney’s imagination and MINISO’s cheerful minimalism. Flowink’s event video production approach mirrored that duality:

  • Wide, immersive frames to showcase the space design

  • Fast, social media-friendly edits for energy and shareability

  • Natural sound and ambient music to preserve the live atmosphere

Each frame was treated like a moving photograph — layered with warmth, movement, and intent. The result was content that looked spontaneous but carried a cinematic polish.

 

From Shoot to Screen — in 24 Hours

The Flowink team delivered four edited videos and over 400 photographs, ready for release across MINISO India, MINISO Official, and Disney’s social channels the same day.

That speed wasn’t just about efficiency — it was strategic. The same-day release meant the content went live while conversations about the event were still trending, helping MINISO tap into real-time engagement and audience curiosity.

This project stands as a perfect example of event video production done right — where storytelling, design, and timing align. It reflects Flowink Pictures’ belief that brand films today aren’t made months later — they’re shaped in the moment, when emotion and attention are both at their peak.
