We keep it as light as possible for you. We need your inputs at three key stages — the initial brief, script approval, and final review. Beyond that, we handle everything. Most clients spend 2–3 hours total on a standard project.

We work as a full-service production partner. You brief us, and we take care of scripting, casting, filming, editing, animation and delivery. We have an in-house creative team in Delhi and production crews in Bangalore, Mumbai, and other major cities across India.

We primarily communicate over email and WhatsApp. For larger projects we set up a shared project folder for file exchange and feedback. You will have a dedicated point of contact throughout the project — no getting passed around between departments.

Yes. We have active production crews in Bangalore serving clients across South India including Hyderabad and Chennai. Our Delhi-based creative team handles direction, scripting, and post-production while our Bangalore crew handles on-ground filming.

Our process has four stages: Brief & Discovery (we understand your goal), Script & Strategy (we plan the story and approach), Production (filming or animation), and Post & Delivery (editing, sound, colour grading, final output). You are involved at every milestone and give feedback before we move forward.

Most projects take 1-4 weeks from brief to final delivery. Simple social media videos can be turned around in under a week. Complex brand films with multiple shoot days typically take 3–6 weeks. We always agree on timelines upfront before any project begins.

We share drafts at each stage for your feedback. Most projects include two rounds of revisions in each of the production phases. We use clear feedback forms so nothing gets lost in email threads. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed separately.

It depends on where the video will be used. Social media ads perform best at 15–60 seconds. Explainer videos work well at 60–90 seconds. Corporate films and brand films typically run 2–4 minutes. We recommend the shortest length that tells your story effectively — attention spans are short and every second counts.

Absolutely. We produce platform-specific formats — 9:16 for Reels and Stories, 16:9 for YouTube pre-roll, and 1:1 square cuts for feed posts. We can produce multiple versions of the same video for different platforms in a single shoot, maximising your production budget.

Yes. We produce training and learning videos for onboarding, compliance, product training, and skill development. We understand that training videos need to hold attention — so we focus on clear structure, engaging visuals, and concise scripting to make content your team actually watches and remembers.

You do. Once the final payment is made, full intellectual property rights for the video are transferred to you. We retain the right to use the video in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise, which we are happy to accommodate.

We deliver in MP4 format as standard, optimised for web and social media. We can also provide ProRes or other broadcast formats on request. For social media we deliver platform-specific versions — 16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for Reels and Stories, and 1:1 for feed posts.

Raw footage and source files are not included in the standard delivery. They can be made available for an additional fee. We retain footage for 60 days after project completion, after which it is archived. Please request raw files before this period ends.
